What flexible work really means for career progression
Flexible work can make paid employment possible for parents and carers while keeping development and progression open. This video explains working patterns, opportunity gaps and practical questions for workers and managers. It contrasts older UK survey perceptions with one randomized hybrid trial, without treating a career penalty as inevitable.
